RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Daily Clothing Deals, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because many of our products are limited-quantity, one-of-one, or specialty items, please review the following policy before purchasing.
RETURNS
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and other included items, when applicable
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or materially different from the item ordered due to an error by Daily Clothing Deals.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after issuance depend on your bank or payment provider.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or believe your item arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@dailyclothingdeals.com and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
SIZING
Sizes listed on our website are based on the manufacturer's marked size unless otherwise stated. Because sizing can vary between brands, customers are responsible for reviewing the listed size and available measurements before purchasing.
